
Dana James Hall is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses his practice on corporate finance and private equity. Dana has extensive experience representing and advising borrowers, issuers, lenders, and underwriters in a broad range of public and private debt financings, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, high-yield and convertible debt securities, leveraged buyouts and acquisition finance, venture lending transactions, restructurings and workouts, cross-border transactions, subordinated and second lien financings, bridge financings, and other complex financing transactions.
Dana was previously an associate in the Business Finance & Restructuring group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York City, where his practice focused on representing and advising debtors, creditors, equity holders, investors, and other interested parties in all aspects of distressed situations and chapter 11 cases.
