Dana Douglas has practiced in a variety of areas in the state and federal courts in Louisiana focusing primarily on commercial, energy and intellectual property litigation. Clients regularly turn to Dana when facing high-exposure litigation.
Her energy-industry work is both onshore and off-shore, where she has helped clients facing difficult cases involving breach of contract issues, exploration and production disputes, expropriation, landowner/mineral lessee disputes, legacy litigation, royalty-related litigation, and oil and gas marketing disputes.
