Daniel A Lipman

Dan Lipman has represented Fortune 500 companies but his passion is representing injured people and their families in personal injury cases.

Dan has extensive experience litigating a wide range of personal injury cases including pediatric injury cases, complex medical malpractice matters, and wrongful death cases. Dan has attained millions in judgments for injured people and their families. He has helped his clients settle tens of millions of dollars of cases.

Dan is named as a Colorado Super Lawyer. He has repeatedly been selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America and, in 2017, Best Lawyers in America named Dan “Lawyer of the Year” for Plaintiffs Medical Malpractice Law in Denver.

He is included in the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” by The National Trial Lawyers. He is included in “Top Lawyers” in Denver’s 5280 Magazine. Dan is honored to be faculty at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA), teaching litigation skills to other lawyers.

Dan has often been a guest speaker at the University of Colorado School of Law and the University of Colorado Hospital. He has spoken at numerous seminars and has lectured nationally on personal injury law.

He is the co-founder and co-chair of the National Ski Area Litigation Group. He has argued appellate cases in front of the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court.

Dan graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and was admitted into the Order of St. Ives, an honorary distinction for graduating in the top 10% of his law school class. Dan is an avid skier and fisherman. He is a passionate fan of the University of Colorado Buffaloes and the Boston Red Sox.
