
Daniel Aldrich advises clients on antitrust issues, including government investigations, regulatory matters, and complex litigation. He has served clients in industries such as aerospace, consumer products, energy, financial services, telecommunications, and transportation.
He also works with the firm’s General Counsel office and the professional liability practice, counseling lawyers and assisting in litigation matters that raise professional responsibility and ethics issues.
Dan participates in Steptoe’s pro bono program and currently represents a client in a case pending in the landlord-tenant branch of DC Superior Court. While in law school, he argued a federal habeas appeal before the Sixth Circuit.
