Daniel B. Harris is an associate at Carr Allison in the Birmingham, AL office. His practice focuses on employment litigation. Prior to joining Carr Allison, Daniel served as a law clerk to the Honorable William M. Acker, Jr., senior district judge, in the Northern District of Alabama.
Daniel received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama, where he marched in the Million Dollar Band and was a three-year section leader of the trombone section.
He earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law and was a Dean M. Leigh Harrison award recipient. He served as the Acquisitions Editor for the Alabama Law Review and was a member of the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court team.
Outside of his law practice, Daniel enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a fan of the Birmingham Barons, the Atlanta Braves, and the Alabama Crimson Tide. He is a member of the Church at Brook Hills in Birmingham, Alabama.
