Daniel R. Fong is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm’s San Francisco office. Mr. Fong’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation and class action defense in both state and federal court. He has experience in cases involving construction defect disputes, ERISA litigation, and unfair competition.
Mr. Fong received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a contributing editor for the Michigan Law Review. During law school, he served as a law clerk for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and interned at the U.S. Coast Guard’s Office of the Judge Advocate General. Prior to law school, he served as a research assistant at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, studying energy policy in South Asia.
