Daniel J. Goodstadt represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation. He focuses his practice on matters involving construction and labor law, premises liability, products liability, and catastrophic injury claims.
He has successfully represented clients in complex and high exposure cases and has obtained successful results at both the trial and appellate levels. Daniel earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his undergraduate degree in history from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
