Attorney Green received his legal education from Albany Law School (J.D.) and did his undergraduate work at Trinity College in Hartford (B.A.).
At the beginning of every case I gather the important facts and think of the legal principles involved in order to evaluate the likely outcomes and my client’s chances for success. I advise my client about these issues and about the parameters of a reasonable settlement.
If the client is interested in settling on reasonable terms, and avoiding the risk and financial and emotional costs of litigation, I explore whether the case can be settled in it’s early stages.
Where settlement isn’t possible, I’m prepared to fight hard for my client, using all legal tools available, in an effort to achieve a positive result.
