Daniel W. Hendrick is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Leveraged Finance Group. His principal focus is the representation of leading investment banks, private debt funds, business development companies, issuers and borrowers in public and private capital markets and leveraged loan transactions, including Rule 144A high yield debt offerings and syndicated and non-syndicated loan transactions.
Dan works on a wide range of transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition financings and leveraged recapitalizations. He has represented various underwriters, initial purchasers, agents, lenders and dealer managers, including Antares Capital, Ares Capital, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Citi, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Golub Capital, GSO Capital Partners, Jefferies, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, SunTrust, Wells Fargo, William Blair and Varagon Capital.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Dan was an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where he focused on leveraged finance.
