Daniel Kang is an associate in Venable’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice in the New York office. Daniel’s practice focuses on patent litigation, and his technical background is in electrical, electronic, and software arts.
Prior to joining Venable, Daniel was a registered patent attorney at an IP boutique firm in New York, where he handled domestic and international patent applications in a broad spectrum of technical fields.
Daniel received his J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School, where he served as a staff editor of the New York Law School Law Review. He also received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
