
Daniel LaTerra is an associate at Levy Konigsberg, LLP and specializes in asbestos litigation with an emphasis on exposure from asbestos-contaminated cosmetic talc products. Daniel is honored to serve and speak for the victims, and their families, who suffer from mesothelioma and other cancer-related illnesses caused by asbestos exposure.
Daniel is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia, and concentrates on asbestos cases filed in the Middlesex County Superior Court.
Prior to joining Levy Konigsberg, Daniel litigated general negligence and medical malpractice cases at a prominent New Jersey law firm. Daniel has written and lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on a variety of litigation topics.
In 2007, Daniel received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School, where he was also recognized in the Justice John Harlan Scholarship Program. Daniel graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Law and a Minor in Spanish.
He was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honors Society for Government & Law, as well as, the Sigma Pi Honors Society for Spanish. Daniel was born in New York City and grew up in New Jersey where he resides today with his family.
