
Dan is an associate at Bayard. He concentrates his practice in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. Dan has represented corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, official committees, asset purchasers, and other significant parties in various bankruptcy court proceedings.
Dan also has years of commercial litigation experience. Prior to joining Bayard in 2018, Dan pursued his practice for five years in the Delaware office of an international law firm.
Dan graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2012 where he earned the Dorothy Day Award for Pro Bono Service. During his final year in law school, Dan worked as a law clerk at the Delaware Public Defender’s Office.
He also worked as an intern at the Defender Association of Philadelphia. Prior to law school, Dan earned a B.A. in History from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
