Daniel Noffsinger was born in Colorado Springs and grew up in Fountain. He attended Fountain-Fort Carson High School before joining the Army in 1996 where Daniel served as a medic in the 82nd Airborne division.
During his service, he deployed to Iraq as part of the initial expeditionary force of the first year of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Daniel earned numerous medals and achievements while in the military including Distinguished Honor Graduate of the Primary Leadership Development Course and Commandant’s List of the Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course.
Daniel left the Army in at the beginning of 2005 to attend undergraduate business school at the University of Georgia. After 3 years as a proud Bulldog, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Terry College of Business with a degree in Business Management.
Daniel’s highlights at the University of Georgia include several semesters on the Dean’s List and membership in the exclusive University Judiciary and Academic Honesty Counsel.
Daniel attended law school at the Penn State Dickinson School of Law. While there, he participated in Trial Advocacy and attended a comprehensive leadership course taught by the former dean of the US Army War College.
Daniel’s internships included clerking for a judge at the Dauphin County Courthouse (Harrisburg, PA) and working at the Dauphin County District Attorney’s
After law school, Daniel took his leadership and legal experience back home to Colorado Springs where he worked as a Deputy District Attorney at the 4th Judicial District in El Paso County.
After developing his trial skills and honing the art of litigation, he moved on to private practice where he began work in Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury.
