Daniel J. O’Brien is a member of Venable’s Real Estate Group. He has experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate documents, researching and analyzing zoning issues, guiding clients through the site plan approval process, assessing site plan requirements and conditions, and preparing and filing site plan amendments and administrative changes. His clients include developers and investment management firms.
In 2016, Daniel graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was managing editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and a member of the Professional Responsibility Committee. During law school, he also interned for the Superior Court of California.
Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University in 2010, majoring in government. Before law school, he worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he negotiated and managed subcontracts supporting federal and state government programs.
