Daniel Paluch is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Buckley Sandler LLP. He represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of enforcement and litigation matters.
Prior to joining Buckley Sandler, Mr. Paluch was an Associate at Kaye Scholer, where his practice focused on complex commercial litigation and technology licensing. During law school, he clerked for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Paluch received his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 2012, where he served on the staff of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. He received his B.A. from Columbia University in 2006.
