Daniel Ruemenapp is an Associate in Fragomen’s Boston office, where he provides U.S. immigration support to a variety of corporate and individual clients. Specifically, he assists clients in preparing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1 and EB-1 multinational manager petitions.
He also advises clients on the various steps involved in the labor certification process, and helps them obtain permanent resident status in the United States.
Prior to joining the firm as an Associate in 2016, Daniel served as a law clerk in Fragomen’s Troy, MI office. During law school, Daniel served as the Editor for Extra Legal, the Northeastern University Law Journal’s online companion publication.
He also worked as a student attorney at an immigration firm offering family-based and humanitarian immigration services, including asylum and removal defense.
Daniel provided pro bono representation of an asylum seeker in his appeal before the Board of Immigration Appeals.
He speaks English and Spanish.
