Daniel L. Schwartz is a partner in the Las Vegas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Workers’ Compensation Practice. He returned to private practice after working as a deputy attorney for Nevada Attorneys for Injured Workers.
Mr. Schwartz represents insurers, employers, and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation and related issues. Among his clients are all areas of the construction industry, municipalities, manufacturers, grocery stores, department stores, hotels, casinos, transportation companies, and health care organizations.
Mr. Schwartz is a frequent lecturer on development in workers’ compensation law in Nevada. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association.
Mr. Schwartz earned his Bachelor of Science at Syracuse University and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, at the American University Washington College of Law in Washington D.C., where he worked for one of the East Coast’s largest personal injury and workers’ compensation firms.
