Daniel M. Seiden is member of Block O’Toole & Murphy. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University, graduating with a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Law, Daniel Seiden earned his Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. At Cardozo School of Law, Mr. Seiden was awarded the Monrad Paulson Scholarship, the most prestigious and selective scholarship offered by the school. Mr. Seiden joined Block O’Toole & Murphy in September 2015, following his internship with the firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Seiden worked at the Office of the Attorney General for the State of New York, assisting with the prosecution of businesses and individuals engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal trade practices, and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable George J. Silver of the New York County Supreme Court. Since joining the firm, Mr. Seiden has assisted in recovering large verdicts and settlements for clients.
