Daniel A. Valenzuela’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including extensive title review and the drafting, negotiation and analysis of commercial leases, licenses, purchase and sale agreements, easements, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, CC&Rs, finance documents and other real estate contracts.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Daniel worked at a California-based law firm as counsel for many institutional clients in post-foreclosure matters, financial services litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, and real property title litigation.
During law school, Daniel was recognized as Student Attorney of the Year for his work with the Environmental Law Clinic of the University of Denver—Sturm College of Law.
