Daniel P. Wotherspoon is a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation Group with a particular focus on pharmaceutical drug and device litigation. His practice also focuses on a wide array of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court including multidistrict litigation, pharmaceutical products liability, business torts, consumer finance disputes, and environmental matters.
Dan has participated in all phases of pre-trial and trial practice including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and dispositive motions and preparing witnesses for deposition and trial.
Dan is also an active participant in the firm’s pro bono efforts. He is currently a Child Advocate working with the Support Center for Child Advocates to represent indigent children in dependency matters and has represented indigent adults in prisoner’s rights matters.
