
Danielle Donovan’s practice focuses on corporate restructuring, including representing debtors, creditors, and other constituencies in chapter 11 proceedings, complex bankruptcy litigation, and out-of-court insolvency-related matters.
She advises clients in matters related to distressed asset sales, corporate governance and fiduciary obligations in the zone of insolvency, best operational practices while in bankruptcy, and crisis management.
Danielle has extensive experience representing clients operating in the retail sector. Prior to joining Jones Day she worked at an international firm in New York where she represented Claire’s Stores, Golfsmith International Holdings, and Fairway Group Holdings in their chapter 11 cases and LEGO Systems in connection with the chapter 11 cases of Toys “R” Us and its affiliates.
