Ms. Danielle Sweets has worked extensively in matters involving personal injury and employment discrimination. Ms. Sweets understands that everyone has a story and her first priority is listening to her clients to ensure she may better understand and serve their needs.
Ms. Sweets aggressively litigates her cases providing constant feedback, recommendations and updates to her clients. Ms. Sweets primarily handles cases located in the greater Los Angeles area but also has matters in the Inland Empire.
Ms. Sweets prides herself on being an advocate for injured people and has a long family history of fighting for consumer rights. Whether it be a physical injury or some other workplace injustice, Ms. Sweets uses her experience as a former defense attorney to obtain the best results for her clients.
Ms. Sweets has served as a reoccurring panelist on the Small Law Firm Panel at Loyola School of Law. Additionally, Ms. Sweets is a member of Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, and John M. Langston Bar Association. Ms. Sweets obtained her Bachelors of Arts from San Diego State University and her law degree from California Western School of Law where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar.
Ms. Sweets resides in Long Beach, California and enjoys cooking, attending film festivals and playing tennis with her sister.
