
Danielle C. Le Jeune focuses her practice on civil litigation with experience defending clients on a nationwide basis in commercial litigation and insurance defense, including personal injury, premises liability, trucking, contracts, and indemnification issues. She has represented commercial entities, insurance companies, franchisees, and business operators against various personal injury and contract claims.
She has obtained indemnification or dismissal of franchisors improperly named in civil actions and has experience with resolution of property title issues. Danielle also handles insurance coverage matters for liability and property insurers.
Prior to joining the firm, Danielle practiced at an Atlanta law firm, where she also had experience representing major restaurant brands against personal injury and dram shop claims. She previously interned with both a district attorney’s office and a criminal defense firm.
Danielle earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Tulane University. Danielle earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was the associate research editor of the Georgia State University Law Review, Georgia State University Moot Court board member and received the Academic Excellence Award in Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure and Litigation.
