Danielle Moskowitz is a Senior Associate at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, where she practices civil litigation focusing on complex commercial litigation, consumer class actions and antitrust.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the antitrust practice group of a large law firm in Washington, DC, concentrating on complex state and federal litigation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, and government enforcement matters.Ms. Moskowitz’s professional career includes a Legal Fellowship with The Public Law Center in New Orleans, where she specialized in legislative and administrative advocacy. She was also a Senior Executive of a large nonprofit organization.
Ms. Moskowitz received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Prior to law school, she received a B.S. from McGill University in Montréal, Québec, Canada. Ms. Moskowitz founded two volunteer and philanthropic organizations during her education, Pitt Law Cares and the McGill Volunteer Bureau.
Ms. Moskowitz is the President and Founder of San Mateo Citizens for a Safe Environment, a local organization dedicated to the protection and preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the greater San Mateo community.
