
Danielle Schilling’s practice is directed at transportation, municipal liability, construction litigation and complex torts. She defends clients in sectors including transportation corporations and national retailers at both trial and appellate jurisdiction.
She obtained her B.A from Syracuse University in 2001 and her Juris Doctorate in 2005 from New York Law School. Prior to law school she worked at a title insurance firm. After law school she was employed by a real estate firm where she managed real estate litigation and residential and commercial closings.
Danielle contributes to Goldberg Segalla’s Sports Law Insider, Governmental Liability, Civil Rights, and Labor and Employment newsletter. She is a master class writer on these subjects and she frequently speaks about issues relating to women to local group. She also has professional affiliation with Professional Women in Construction.
