Danielle Seitz was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, and she is an associate attorney at the firm of Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan PLLC. She has dedicated her legal career to family law matters.
Danielle’s areas of legal practice include, but are not limited to, dissolution of marriage, paternity, child support, alimony, relocations, modifications, premarital and post-marital agreements, adoptions, and name changes. It is the personal connections and impact that she makes on the lives of her clients and their families that she cherishes most about practicing family law. Danielle works hard to protect the interests of her clients.
She is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law (2010), where she earned a Certificate in Child and Family Law and served as a senior editor and contributing writer of the Children’s Legal Rights Journal. Danielle earned dual undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Florida (Cum Laude, 2006).
Danielle enjoys giving back to our local community and is an active member of the Family Resource Center of Southwest Florida, Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Committee and Leadership NEXT Committee, Lee County Bar Association, Lee County Association of Women Lawyers, and served as President of the Edison Professionals chapter of Business Networking International (BNI).
