Danilo Santoboni is member of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Danilo Santoboni’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, including private equity fund formation, private equity investments, and general corporate matters.
His work includes advising private investment firms as well as financial institutions on a broad range of regulatory and corporate matters. In addition, he also advises social entrepreneurs, trusts and foundations with respect to general corporate matters as well as innovative areas like social impact finance.
Danilo joined Cleary Gottlieb in 2015 and until June 2018 was resident in the Milan office. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with Chiomenti Studio Legale.
