Daria Pustilnik is an associate in the West Palm Beach office, where she is a member of the International Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Daria represents clients in healthcare, real estate, cruise line and other industries in their complex commercial litigation matters.
In law school, Daria was an Articles Editor for the Florida International University Law Review and interned for the Hon. Donald M. Middlebrooks, U.S. District Judge; Hon. John K. Olson, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge; Hon. Stephen T. Brown, U.S. Magistrate Judge; Hon. Jose E. Martinez, U.S. District Judge; and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Florida. Daria held prestigious federal judicial clerkships with the Hon. James M. Hopkins, U.S. Magistrate Judge, and Hon. Kenneth A. Marra, U.S. District Judge.
