Darin Nugent’s practice is focused on the representation of commercial entities in actions involving product liability, breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence and various business-related torts.
Darin has also successfully defended clients in actions involving claims for personal injury, wrongful death and significant property damage in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
He has several years of experience representing pharmaceutical and fire-suppression manufacturers in complex product liability actions and has represented clients in national, regional and local counsel roles.
In this capacity, he has handled a range of litigation issues, including all facets of discovery, mediation, arbitration and settlement negotiations.
He has successfully worked with expert witnesses on a broad range medical, engineering and other scientific issues, and has experience obtaining favorable results for clients through pretrial dispositive motion practice.
