Terrible Law Firm
I am a Real Estate Agent, I had a closing and Mr. Aronow a was attorney for seller. He was so busy working on other matters he was not even aware of what was happening in the closing. His client was paid for part of her moving expenses with a personal check, (check bounced twice). Real estate agent was not paid. On HUD it claims Agency was given a check. No check was found to be issued. Mr. Aronow was informed of the situation, he could not care less. THE LAW IS EVERY PAYMENT MADE AT CLOSING TABLE MUST BE CERTIFIED CHECKS. All information written on HUD is supposed to be correct. Mr. Aronow work was sloppy, and I’m being kind.
