Darren Reid

Darren Reid represents corporations and individuals in complex litigation involving a wide range of business and technology-related matters. Darren is a trusted advisor for technology and software companies and has experience litigating and resolving various business disputes.

His experience includes commercial, employment, professional liability and malpractice, and white-collar litigation. He handles matters in state and federal courts, including jury trials, bench trials, and other hearings. He is also experienced in resolving disputes in arbitrations and mediations.

Darren institutes and defends claims involving contracts, employment, professional liability and malpractice, business dissolutions, fraud, and trade secret misappropriations.

Darren counsels clients regarding non-compete and non-solicitation disputes as well as other sensitive employment issues. He also assists companies and individuals in responding to investigations by U.S. Attorney’s Offices, Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and state agencies such as the Utah State Bar and Department of Occupational Licensing.
