Darrian Campbell is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Dallas office. He advises on litigation and transactional matters concerning intellectual property, privacy and marketing. He has litigated cases before district courts in Texas and handled a variety of transactional matters. Prior to entering law school, Darrian worked as an engineer in the electronics manufacturing field.
Darrian has significant trial experience in federal court and all stages of litigation. His practice covers, among other things, preparing and prosecuting patents and trademarks in the US, preparing and filing US copyright applications, evaluating IP-related license provisions, conducting due diligence reviews of IP rights ownership, ensuring client compliance with telemarketing regulations, drafting privacy policies and terms of use, and addressing data breaches.
