
For more than 10 years, David Revelt has represented businesses and commercial clients in a variety of complex real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financings, leasing, licensing and joint venture arrangements.
David has represented clients in the public and private sectors, including banks and other lending institutions, renewable energy companies, commercial and residential real estate developers, and software and high-technology companies.
Before working at Alston & Bird, David was the director of development of a utility-scale solar development company and was responsible for developing a pipeline of solar projects throughout the southwest and southeast United States.
David began his career as an officer and attorney in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as a prosecutor and assistant staff judge advocate to base commanders. David is an active volunteer and former president of the Board of Grid Alternatives of Greater Los Angeles, a nonprofit entity that installs solar systems on low-income housing.
