He earned his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he also attended on merit scholarship. During law school, Attorney Roche worked with Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in Sacramento, California.
His passion for being a zealous advocate is fueled by the legacy of his late grandfather, and WWII Veteran, Charles G. Pillon, of Rowayton, CT, who was a licensed Connecticut and New York attorney and partner at the prestigious New York City law firm of Whelan, O’Neill & Pillon, while also acting as legal counsel for the Civil Service Reform Association of New York.
