    Would not recommend

David Russomanno charged me thousands and didn’t help me situation at all. Wrote a declaration that was just a timeline of evidence I provided him, ran up the clock on phone calls by being very repetitive even after I told him he did not need to continue repeating the same things. Rescinded the one charge I submit, and insisted paying him more to resubmit.

John M's accusations in his May 11, 2023 review are misleading and false.

      John,

I am sorry you feel this way. It’s been over a year since my legal services concluded in your case. As you know, I worked diligently on your case. I spent hours and hours on your case, which is greater than the fee you paid for my legal services. The reason some of our conversations felt repetitive to you was that I repeatedly needed to request that you provide my law office with your written statement, witnesses’s information, exhibits (photos, screenshots, videos, etc..), and even my follow-up requests of you were largely ignored or otherwise delayed due to your schedule. It took countless requests before you eventually provided what had been requested of you. I filed at least five documents (approximately 80 pages) with the court, one of which is a 37-page court document that included your declaration and exhibits. As you know, you had a challenging case, which we discussed before you retained my legal services. My law office never guarantees outcomes or results. We never even lost your case, but you decided (in writing) to withdraw your case almost immediately after I filed it with the court. I offered you many options to optimize refiling your case, but you never even responded to my offer. Sadly, there is little factually accurate in your review.

Please know I have tried to resolve your grievance by sending you a text message and offering to see what we could do to make this right for you. Let me know so we can get this resolved. I am here to help you.

      Kind regards,
      David Russomanno
