Mr. David B. Roseman has 38 years of experience in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. He is the former Chair of the firm’s San Francisco Real Estate Practice Group, having established that Group in 2006 and held that position for an eleven year period through 2016.
His practice includes office, retail and industrial leasing (landlord and tenant representation); acquisitions and dispositions; project financings (lender and borrower representation); partnership and limited liability company formation and structuring; and construction contracts.
Mr. Roseman’s practice has a heavy emphasis in office leasing. He regularly handles the largest office lease transactions in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as in other major metropolitan areas across the country. In addition to his office leasing practice, Mr. Roseman has substantial retail leasing experience through his representation of local and regional shopping centers and national retail tenants.
Transactions handled by Mr. Roseman have also included numerous development projects from joint venture structuring and formation, through land acquisition, construction contracts and construction financing, to lease-up and permanent financing. His development projects have included numerous business parks as well as stand-alone office buildings, shopping centers and big-box retail projects.
