As a past partner in a civil litigation defense firm, David defended several Fortune 500 companies in both personal injury and commercial litigation, with an importance on product liability and trucking cases. He now puts his knowledge of defense tactics and strategies to work on behalf of victims across the country who have been critically injured or killed by a wide variety of dangerous products and instrumentalities.
David has been respected by Best Lawyers in America, Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers and by the National Trial Lawyers. He is an honored graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia where he received his juris doctor and a master’s degree in business administration. While in law school, David worked as a member of the Missouri Environmental Law and Policy Review and received the C.A.L.I. Award for work in Corporate Taxation.
David is an enthusiastic member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy Brose, M.D., a family practice physician in the Kansas City area, and their daughters, Ava and Anna.
