
David C. Rohrbach concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on commercial disputes. He has litigated cases involving claims for breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference with contract, and business conspiracy, as well as partnership/joint venture, insurance coverage, and trust disputes.
Mr. Rohrbach has significant experience representing and advising clients in the real estate industry, including owners/developers, investment firms, commercial brokers, and management companies.
Before joining RRBMDK, Mr. Rohrbach was a litigation partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Washington, DC. He began his career as a litigation associate with Ropes & Gray in Boston. Mr. Rohrbach graduated from Yale College and Harvard Law School.
