David also represented individuals in personal injury, legal malpractice, elder exploitation, and guardianship disputes.
David received his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University’s College of Business with a major in finance, and he graduated cum laude from Nova Southeastern University’s College of Law.
He is admitted to practice in Florida State and all federal courts for Florida’s Southern and Middle District.
In addition to his legal career, David has served as Chairman of the North Broward Hospital District (Broward Health) and Governor Mitt Romney’s Broward County Presidential Election Committee. He is currently Chairman of the Young Art Museum.
