David E Bateman

David is a Utah native and has been practicing law for more than a decade in the state and federal courts of Virginia and the District of Columbia. David’s has represented both individuals and publicity-traded lending institutions in a broad range of disputes. David’s practice encompasses disputes related to real estate, such as easements, mortgages, boundary lines, homeowner’s associations, and lending practices.

He also represents businesses in matters of contracts, fraud, lender’s rights and collections. In addition, David has a robust family law practice that covers the gamut of divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support and related matters.

He is an accomplished litigator and proven problem solver. David is dedicated to earning each client’s trust by delivering the highest quality legal service.

In addition to his practice, David is a member of the Fairfax County Bar Association and services on its the Circuit Court Committee. In law school, David served as a senior editor on the Regent University Law Review. He is a member of the Golden Key Honour Society and the recipient of the Virginia Trial Lawyer’s Association’s Trial Advocacy Award.

Mr. Bateman earned his master’s degree (LL.M), with highest honours, from George Washington University, where he focused his study on litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
