David George Wirtes Jr is a member of the firm, Cunningham Bounds, LLC in Mobile, Alabama, working behind the scenes overseeing legal research, motion practice, and appeals. Received a B.A. degree from the University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee in 1981.
While at Sewanee, was a member of the Academic Order of Gownsmen. Then earned a J.D. degree from The Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 1985. During law school, was Articles Editor of the Adelphia Law Journal and an Associate Editor of The American Journal of Trial Advocacy.
