David A. Grossberg has established a nationwide real estate practice focused on transactions, financings, joint ventures, workouts and land development. He has been involved in notable mixed use, retail, hotel, multi-family residential, office and industrial projects throughout metropolitan Chicago and across the country.
David assists major developers, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, public entities and nonprofit entities in the buying, selling, financing and development of properties. He also represents landlords and tenants in a variety of office, retail and industrial leases.
David often works across practice groups. He collaborates with the firm’s Environmental Group on urban redevelopment projects facing environmental issues due to the prior use of the property. On building projects, he will work with the Construction Group on contracting and resolution of disputes. When disagreements do occur, he manages and monitors litigation while working with the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.
David understands the importance of strong relationships in the real estate business. He has worked with many of his clients for decades, and brings the same level of dedication to new clients.
