David J Burgess

David Burgess is an experienced trial lawyer who has spent more that 25 years representing businesses and individuals in the courts of Massachusetts. His focus is on divorce and family law, business and employment disputes and criminal defence. He graduated from Suffolk University in 1989. In his family law, David litigates contested matters and serves as divorce mediator. He also regularly assists in their negotiations of prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements. In his criminal law practice, he has defended hundreds of clients, many charged with serious felonies in the Massachusetts superior and district courts.
