David Ouimette focuses his practice on Commercial & Business Litigation. Mr. Ouimette has over 35 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including real estate, land use, securities, professional liability, business torts, property and casualty insurance, liability insurance, title insurance, and general corporate and business disputes.
He also has experience in litigation of issues regarding public utilities, employment termination, lender liability, municipal law, administrative law, Indian law, taxation and commerce, and landlord-tenant disputes.
