
David John Muchow is a corporate lawyer, serial entrepreneur, and investor who helps companies grow from startup to exit strategy. He has over 30 years of experience in international projects, tech, military, intelligence, and government contracting, energy, corporate law, M&A, business plans and raising capital, finance, non-profits, litigation, and lobbying.
Dave was a founder and CEO of SkyBuilt Power, formerly General Counsel and Director of International Programs with the American Gas Association, helped create and was an officer in what is now a $2B publicly traded investment fund, and is counsel to the Natural Gas Supply Association and on the Executive Committee of the Business Council for Sustainable Energy.
He is an Adjunct Asst. Professor at Georgetown University and lectures on corporate and startup law, business, and finance at incubators including 1776dc, General Assembly, and WEWORK, and with entrepreneurial programs at MIT’s Entrepreneurial Forum (Member of the Advisory Board), Cornell, and Georgetown University.
He is a founder of and General Counsel to foundations and is on the boards and mentor to tech and other companies and trade associations. His clients range from socially conscious fashion design firms and real estate developers to military, intelligence, cyber, and other business interests in the US and internationally.
