David McRae is a real estate and banking lawyer who represents clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate, business, and loan financing transactions. Mr. McRae prepares and negotiates contracts, deeds, leases, loan documents, easements, and many other types of agreements, and provides steady, seasoned, results-oriented counsel to help his clients attain their transactional goals.
Mr. McRae offers the knowledge, skill and experience, both legal and practical, to structure, document, and consummate each real estate, lending and/or business transaction in a way that achieves the client’s big picture objectives while also being right on the details.
With nearly two decades of representation of sellers as well as buyers, landlords as well as tenants, lenders as well as borrowers, and a diverse array of other clients, Mr. McRae dialogues effectively with the parties and attorneys on the other side of each transaction and works to secure firm, fair and reasonable terms for his clients in a professional and trustworthy manner.
In the early years of his legal career, Mr. McRae worked as a staff attorney handling regulatory issues for a national consumer safety advocacy organization in Washington, DC.
Before acquiring his law degree, he worked for over seven years in the field of marketing, technical, and corporate communications for a manufacturing corporation headquartered in Colorado and a biotech corporation headquartered in Maryland.
