David Goldin graduated from Stanford Law and Stanford Business Schools as the first student to complete the then new law (JD) and business (MBA) combined degree program at Stanford.
He started his legal career in San Diego in criminal law successfully handling jury trials for those who could not afford an attorney in serious felony cases such as rape, robbery and murder, obtaining “not guilty” jury verdicts in these and other cases on behalf of his indigent clients.
In the mid-1970’s Mr. Goldin’s law practice changed to civil cases. In the 1980’s, along with an active business litigation practice, he became interested in brain injury cases. In the 1990’s he found those suffering “mild” traumatic brain injuries often did not receive fair compensation in our courts and decided to concentrate on helping survivors of brain injury and their families. Since that time Mr. Goldin has successfully obtained numerous six and seven figure money recoveries for his injury clients.
Mr. Goldin now focuses his law practice on serious brain and spinal cord (central nervous system) injury. His goal is to offer personal legal services that make a difference by providing attention and resources for the successful treatment and rehabilitation of injury survivors and their families.
Mr. Goldin believes the key to successful legal representation is personal concern for his clients and their caregivers.
