Mr. Scher obtained his first degree from the Cornell University. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Fordham Law School. He started his career in New York and New Jersey with practice in the area of corporate commercial litigation.
David later served as in-house counsel for many large companies, such as Sony Electronics, Pearson PLC, and USWeb. At this time, he concentrated on Silicon Valley at the peak of the internet boom, focusing on technology transactions, intellectual property, and commercial law.
