David M. Gaba specializes in cases concerning securities and investment fraud and routinely represents broker-dealers as well as consumers in complex matters. His practice areas also include Insurance Bad Faith. He is a member of the Compass Law Group since the year 2001.
In his 33 years of legal practice, he has handled over 250 cases and recovered millions of dollars for his clients in the states of Washington, Idaho, and Nebraska. He served as an Of Counsel at the Golbeck Roth PLLC from 2002 to 2013.
He served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington and Chief Administrative Law Judge at the Appeal Tribunal in Nebraska during 1989-1990 and 1986-1989 respectively.
David Gaba also serves as an Administrative Law Judge and as an arbitrator for the NYSE, NASD, NFA, Pacific Stock Exchange, and American Arbitration Association as well as maintains his Series 65.
The King County Dispute Resolution Center, of which he was a board member during 1997-2001, granted him the Distinguished Service Award in the year 2000. He has served on the Board of Directors and as the President NW Chapter at the Labor and Employment Relations Association during 1993 – 2000 and 1998 – 1999 respectively.
He is also a Member of the National Academy of Arbitrators since the year 2007. He secured admission to practice law in the states of Nebraska, Washington, and Idaho in 1985, 1989, and 2011 respectively.
David M. Gaba attended the University of Nebraska College of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate in the year 1984.
