David Jolivet is an associate in our Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice primarily on representing clients in Products Liability disputes.
Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, David worked with technology and entertainment industry clients to resolve a variety of litigation issues, including breach of contract, employment, copyright, trademark and trade secret disputes.
He also has experience assisting a variety of corporate clients in navigating discovery in complex commercial, breach of contract and trademark matters.
As a law student, David represented undocumented asylum seekers before the Los Angeles Immigration Court with the University of Southern California Gould School of Law Immigration Clinic.
David also participated in the USC Gould School of Law Hale Moot Court Honors program and was honored with the Fox Rothschild Best Brief Award for his legal research and writing skills in 2013.
